Once your eligibility is confirmed, the discount will automatically apply to your entire shopping cart.

To use the “confirm your enrollment” option.

Select “upload documentation,” and upload acceptable documentation showing your status.

NOTE: If your verification is unsuccessful, you may be prompted to try another verification method. You will also receive an email describing why verification was unsuccessful, with guidelines for next steps.

You’ll need to upload military-issued documentation that shows your:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Branch of Service
• Current Military Status

NOTE: Due to government regulations, we cannot accept a copy of your military ID card (CAC card) for verification purposes. Photocopying of US Government Identification is illegal and punishable by both fine and imprisonment.

It depends on the verification option you choose. Sometimes, you will be verified in just a few minutes; if a manual review of your document is needed, it may take longer.

Once ID.me has reviewed your documentation, you will receive an email indicating whether or not your status was verified, and guidance for next steps if verification was unsuccessful.
