"Just about everything you could want in a pillow purchase. The outer surface of pillow case is great with a tight weave that will require less washing, and the ability to remove the filling to suit individual needs (including a bag to hold the removed product), is exceptional. The pillows - only a few weeks use at this point - seem like they will hold up well and are very comfortable to sleep on."

My neck and shoulder pain has stopped since using this pillow but it is hard and not as comfy as my MyPillow was during its early days. "In the past I have had the Coop pillows and I loved them with one exception. They are not cooling at all and I am a hot sleeper. I purchased the Plank pillow after seeing that they have cooling properties. This is not the case. I find the pillow very comfortable after removing some of the foam pieces.
