"This pillow is very soft and luxurious feeling. You can tell they use high quality materials. I am a side sleep and back sleeper, and I got the low loft pillow. It was the right height for my frame, 5'3" and 165lbs, and it kept my spine neutral. Overall, I liked it, but I need more support. If it had a denser inner layer to provide more support under the soft laytex layer, perhaps it would have been perfect."
"I hate to say it, because I wanted to love this pillow so much, but it might be the worst pillow I’ve ever used. It’s too squishy and provides zero support. I wake up when a headache and neck pain when I use it. I’d suggest trying a different kind of Talalay latex pillow, if you know you like that feel, because this won’t give that to you"
"As latex pillows go, I think this one is high quality. That being said, it's been awhile since I owned one and I don't think its what I need anymore. It has a certain spring to it that can be too much when you are trying to find a good sleep position. I think I would go back with a shredded memory foam given the chance."
"I allowed the pillow to breathe for like three days outside package. I prefluffed a few times. However, the pillow (high loft) deeply flexes my cervical spine laying on my back. I get really bad lower back pain sleeping on my side and stomach. I am only using this one pillow. I will say my neck does not feel hot or sweaty during sleep thus far (have not been through winter sleeping yet to really test). It is a nice malleable mix between soft and firm, but I sink so deeply that I cannot put this pillow on top of another soft pillow or a high firm one to find balance. The least painful, lessened discomfort position for me is only on my back and when going straight to sleep. This is not a “little reading in bed pillow”. To give context, I am normally a 2-pillow sleeper because of head positioning/combination sleep position needs and I have my first Brooklyn bedding Spartan firm mattress. It makes me wonder how flat the low loft is. I guess I paid more for the material than my desired loft."
"I'll be honest, when the pillow arrived I thought this has got to be a joke, there is no way this going to be comfortable or offer the support I need. I could not have been more wrong. Not only is it amazingly comfortable but it also solved the main problem I was experiencing which was always waking up with my head in a pool of sweat. Since I started using the pillow I have not had any problems with sweating and I've never had a more comfortable pillow."

It went from 5 inches to 1.5 inches when I put my head on it. I'm returning it to the seller unfortunately I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for shipping. I will never again purchase a latex pillow."
"Pillow is too short. I selected the highest loft but i still need 2 pillows to be able to keep my neck straight. But it's material and springiness are great. Just wish it was thicker. It does not feel like a 5. 5" loft to me."
"This is my first dedicated side sleeper pillow, and it's pretty good at support for my head when I'm side sleeping and it stays cool when sleeping. It was pricier than I expected but the value is pretty good if you're focused on getting a solid pillow for your side-sleepingness. Also great there is a military discount!"
